"I am so honored. My father would be proud. This means so much to me " said Michael &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_9"&gt;Waltrip&lt;/span&gt; before the ceremonies.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In another interview with &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_10"&gt;Kentuckiana&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_11"&gt;Motorsports&lt;/span&gt; (which airs on &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_12"&gt;WBKI&lt;/span&gt;, THE CW) Darrell &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_13"&gt;Waltrip&lt;/span&gt; talked about a &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_14"&gt;NASCAR&lt;/span&gt; Sprint Cup race coming to the Kentucky Speedway (The track is located about an hour north off Interstate 71) . The NASCAR Legend is the older brother of Michael &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_15"&gt;Waltrip&lt;/span&gt;. "I am 99 percent sure the lawsuit will be settled and we'll be able to have a race (Sprint Cup) next year (at Kentucky Speedway)" said &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_16"&gt;Waltrip&lt;/span&gt;, the FOX &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_17"&gt;NASCAR&lt;/span&gt; sports announcer. "There have been meetings with Jerry Carroll and all those guys (Old owners of Kentucky Speedway), I've been keeping my eye on everything". Waltrip, who has been part of the formation of the Kentucky Speedway from its beginning said he believes everything is going to work out. It is all but a done deal.
